Habitat:
It mainly inhabits arboreal microhabitats in lower montane and lowland forests, and can also be found in the leaf-litter and in disturbed areas adjacent to forest. It breeds by direct development.

Range:

This species is known from Bohol, Leyte, Mindanao and Samar, in the eastern Philippines. It is now also known from Siargao Island (A. Diesmos pers. comm. March 2018). It occurs between near 0–700 m asl, and it likely has a wider distribution within the Mindanao faunal region than previously known (Beukema 2011).
