Habitat:
Kerivoula flora is a small insectivorous bat that is found in primary forest.

Range:
The type locality for Kerivoula flora is south Flores, Lesser Sundas, Indonesia. The species distribution also includes the islands of Bali, Lombak, Sumbawa and Sumba in the Lesser Sundas, Indonesia (Corbet and Hill 1992). A disjunct population for the species is known from Sabah, Malaysia.

Conservation:
Kerivoula flora occurs in protected areas throughout its range. There are no species-specific conservation initiatives in place for the species. Further taxonomic review is required to determine species and distribution. Research is needed to gain important insights into the species biology, ecology, threats, and population status and trends.
