Habitat:
This species is typically associated with dry forest habitats. Little additional information is available on the natural history of this species.
Range:
This species is endemic to northwestern Kenya, where it is known only from three localities (Mount Garguez; Marsabit Lake and Ngong). It may be present in adjacent Ethiopia, however, this needs confirmation.
Conservation:
It has been recorded in the Matthews Range Forest Reserve and Marsabit National Reserve. Further studies are needed into the distribution, natural history and possible threats to this little known species.
