Habitat:
Populations occupy deep, humid soils in the piedmont and forest borders of Tucumán city (J. R. Contreras, pers. comm.). No other ecological, or behavioral data are known for this species (Bidau 2015).

Range:
The type locality for this species is Departamento Capital, Tucumán, Argentina, 26°49′S, 65°13′ W. It is known only from the type locality and immediate environs in Tucumán province, Argentina (Bidau 2015).

Conservation:
There are no known conservation measures in place for this species.
