Habitat:
This species is terrestrial, and largely crepuscular and nocturnal. It is found in a wide variety of habitats including dry woodlands and coastal heaths and dunes to semi arid mallee associations of the inland (Cogger 2014). This species shelters in soil cracks and under debris (Wilson and Swan 2013).

Range:
This species is found throughout the dry and arid western two-thirds of continental Australia, including much of Western Australia, the Northern Territory, South Australia and the westernmost parts of Queensland.

Conservation:
There are no conservation measures in place for this species. It is present in several protected areas.
